Allow the candle to burn to the edge every time you burn the candle. Prior to burning a second time, please trim wick to 1/4” to ensure even burning and prevent soot and flame from becoming too large.
The first time you use the candle, please let candle burn until the melt pool extends to the sides of the container completely, otherwise you will get tunneling and the scent will be off.
Please note that candles made from soy wax do not hold color as well as paraffin. Sometimes they look frosted in color. Your candle may have different swirls and frostings by the time it reaches you. There is nothing wrong with your candle, it is just part of soy wax.
Please never leave your lit candles unattended and always keep them away from children and pets. Burn them for a maximum of 4 hours at a time and when cool, trim wick to 1/4". Stop using the candle when 1/4" of wax remains in the base.
